Your Aircall invoice is divided into several sections that detail your subscription, usage, taxes, and any applicable fees. This guide explains each section so you can clearly understand how charges are calculated and applied to your account.
Invoice header
The top section of your invoice contains key billing information, including:
- Commitment period: The period for which your current plan is committed
- Currency: See the article Supported currencies
- Issue date: The date the invoice was issued
- Payment method: See Managing your payment method
- Due date: The date your invoice is due. For more information, see Understanding Your Billing Date: When Will You Be Charged?
- Invoice title and number: A unique identifier, for example Invoice #INV-XXXX
You will also find:
- Billed From: Aircall’s billing information
- Billed To: Your company’s billing details.
- Contractual PO: Your purchase order number, if included in your contract
For more details check our article : Managing invoice recipients and billing details.
Note: The due date appears only on invoices for customers paying by bank transfer. For Direct Debit or credit card payments, the amount is automatically debited on the invoice issue date.

The bottom section of your invoice provides information related to your payment method.

- Payment methods: Supported options such as SEPA, ACH, BACS, and BECS
-

Note: All screenshots and price examples in this article are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect actual rates.
Plan
The Plan section is the first part of your invoice. It specifies the subscription you registered for, either Essential or Professional. To compare plan features and pricing details, see Aircall plans: pricing and flexibility. This section is divided into three subsections reflecting the fixed items defined in your contract.
Users & numbers
Displays all licenses included in your plan:
- Users
- Numbers
- Any free licenses
Add-ons & Bundles
This subsection lists any provisioned or standard add-ons enabled on your account. If you have subscribed to a Call Bundle or an AI Voice Bundle, it will also appear here.
Important: The number of standard add-ons listed on your invoice reflects the total number of standard users included in your plan. This amount is billed whether or not the add-ons are activated.
Fees
Includes ongoing charges such as:
Usage from previous month
The Usage section reflects the variable portion of your invoice. These charges depend on actual usage, such as calls and messages.
Additional Users & Aircall Numbers
This section shows any licenses or numbers added beyond your base plan. It includes:
- Additions made after your last invoice
- Items active on the invoice date
Example:
If your billing date is the 17th of each month and you add a license on March 9th, your next invoice will show:
- March 9 to March 16 for the current cycle
- March 17 to April 16 for the next cycle
Tip: The price for additional users includes all Standard add-ons. As a result, the cost per additional user appears higher than the standard user price on your invoice because it combines the base price and all standard add-ons.
Included calls
This section lists all calls made during the previous billing period that are included in your plan at no extra cost.
These typically include:
- Inbound non toll free calls
- Calls included in your purchased Call Bundles
For example, a customer subscribed to the LATAM & North America Call Bundle will see eligible calls reflected in this section.
You can review your included destinations directly from your Aircall plan page. This section is only visible to users with Owner permissions. For more details, see Understanding your subscription and Aircall plan.
Billable Calls
This section displays all billable calls made during the previous billing period, including:
- Premium calls
- Toll free calls
- Any calls not included in your contract
Note: Invoices always cover the previous month’s usage. For example, an invoice issued on May 14, 2025 includes calls made between April 14 and May 13, 2025.
AI Voice Agent Calls
If you are using our AI Voice Agent, this section displays your usage.
Usage is grouped by pricing tier. For example:
- First 50 minutes: Free
- Tier 1 (51 to 2,550 minutes): $0.49 per minute
- Tier 2 (2,551+ minutes): $0.39 per minute
Each tier reflects the applicable rate based on your total usage during the billing period. In addition, if you have subscribed to an AI Voice bundle, an extra line item called “Bundle Minutes” will appear.

This section summarizes all SMS and MMS messages sent during the previous billing period.
- Distinguishes between included and billable usage
- Included messages are displayed with a price of 0
Only the United States and Canada include some free SMS and MMS messages. For more details, see Understanding your SMS and MMS charges.
