When using Aircall, you either have an annual or a monthly payment plan. Once you’ve selected your billing frequency, your invoice will reflect the items accordingly.
Unsure about the billing frequency on your contract? You can find it in the plan description on your Aircall dashboard (Accessing/Downloading your invoices) or on your contract.
I have an annual plan
You will receive two types of invoices:
-
An annual invoice for:
- the standard users (with included bundles)
- the paid numbers
- the additional users (with included bundles) and numbers, if you have created more than the minimum units included on your subscription at the date of the billing.
This invoice will be issued at the starting date (or renewal date) of your subscription for 12 months upfront.
-
Monthly invoices that will reflect:
- Your detailed consumption (calls and SMS) for the past month.
- The additional users (with included bundles) and numbers on top of the minimum items included on your subscription.
The additional users and numbers will be billed prorated from the date they were created on your dashboard until the end date of your subscription.
How can I check my calls and SMS consumption?
From your Aircall overview dashboard, you can conveniently download your call history or check your SMS consumption at one glance (Section 6. SMS).

I have a monthly plan
You will receive an invoice each month for:
- The minimum standard users (with included bundles) and paid numbers included in your subscription
- The additional users (with included bundles) and numbers, if you have created more than the minimum units included in your subscription at the date of the billing.
- Your detailed consumption (calls and SMS) for the past month
What does it look like?
-
In the first section, you will be able to see the additional numbers and users created before the issue date of the invoice. They are billed prorated from the date they were created on your dashboard until the billing date of the invoice.
- For instance, if my invoice is issued every month on the 1st, any additional unit added after the previous invoice was released will be billed on this section until the last day of the previous period.
- The second section will include the standard users and numbers included in your subscription and the additional units created as of the issue date of the invoice for the next month.
- The third section will include your detailed call consumption for the past month.
- The fourth section will include your detailed SMS consumption for the past month.

I have a call bundle included in my plan
If you subscribed with a bundle, the bundle price will appear near the included users on your invoice. This charge will be following the same billing frequency that your subscription (Annual or Monthly).
See the example below:
- Price of the bundle: Please note that before July 2024, the bundle price was not displayed separately on your invoices, as it was merged with the user price.
-
Calls: As shown in the invoice example below, the calls are free because the destinations are included in the NA & EMEA Extended bundle.
- For more information about Aircall's bundles, please review our article: Call bundles
- Quantity: Each active user on the account will have a corresponding bundle item applied on the invoice. For example, if the invoice includes 4 user licenses, then 4 bundles will be invoiced.
