If you are unable to log in to support.aircall.io, this article will guide you through common causes and solutions.
Most users can access the Support Portal by selecting Log In on the homepage or clicking here to sign in. If you are still unable to log in, follow the guidance below.
Common reasons you cannot log in
You may experience login issues for one of the following reasons:
- You do not have an Aircall account.
- Your credentials are not working for any Aircall service (for example, support.aircall.io or phone.aircall.io).
- Your credentials are not working only for the Support Portal.
- Your account details require manual verification.
Newly created Aircall account not working
If you are having trouble logging in with a newly created account, it may not have been fully set up or validated.
Steps:
- Check your inbox for an email from Aircall asking you to verify your account.
- Follow the instructions in the email to complete the verification process.
- If you did not receive a verification email, ask your Admin to help validate your account or send a new invitation.
Tip: Your Admin can verify your account status or resend the invitation directly from the Aircall Dashboard.
You do not have an Aircall account
If you do not have Aircall credentials and need to contact Aircall Support, ask an Owner, Administrator, or Supervisor with an existing Aircall account to submit a request on your behalf.
They can also CC you in the ticket so that you can follow the conversation.
Important: Only users with Aircall Owner, Administrator, or Supervisor roles can open tickets for most requests.
Your Aircall account is not working with support.aircall.io
