Note: If you remove an additional (non-contracted) user mid-billing cycle, it will not appear on your next invoice. Since Aircall bills monthly in advance, we do not issue pro-rated refunds or credits for mid-cycle deletions. The user license remains available for reassignment until the end of the current cycle.
