Users, numbers and teams
Below general subscription details, you'll see a table showing your current licenses and charges for Users, Numbers, and Teams.
A - Number of active users/numbers/teams in your account. It's possible to have more users than the number of licenses included in your subscription.
B - Number of users/numbers/teams included in your current plan. The Essentials plan allows up to 3 teams; the Professional plan has no team limit.
C - Price per included user/number/team.
D - Quantity of extra users/numbers/teams added beyond your plan’s allowance during the current billing period.
E - Price per extra user/number/team added.
F - Total charges for included and extra licenses combined.
H - Information regarding your call options. If you have an extended bundle, all the destinations will be listed here.
Call bundle details
Aircall provides a range of call bundles designed to suit various regions and calling requirements. These bundles include outbound minutes to specific destinations. Certain plans also cover mobile numbers, whereas others are restricted to landlines. If you have a bundle plan, all included destinations and call options will be listed here.
Tip: If you want to learn more about call bundles and add it to your plan, contact our Customer Success team for assistance.
How to view your add-ons
You can view which add-ons such as AI, Analytics+, and WhatsApp, are included in your subscription by visiting the Plan section. Keep in mind that add-ons are billed based on the number of standard users in your plan, even if not all licenses are actively in use. A standard user refers to one of the licenses included in your base subscription (this does not apply to any additional users added during the billing cycle).
Important: The cost for additional users will be higher, as it includes some active add-ons.
Note: Some Aircall plans include add-ons at no additional cost. For example, the Professional plan includes AI Assist. Future plans, such as Premium, may also include selected add-ons as part of the base subscription.
Example: Analytics+ add-on displayed in the Plan section
Add-on trials
You can trial some add-ons for free directly from your Aircall dashboard.
- Free trials typically last from 14 days to one month (depending on the Add-on) and do not auto-renew.
- Once the trial ends, it is automatically cancelled.
- To subscribe to an add-on after a trial, contact our Customer Success team.
Understanding invoice changes
If you notice unexpected changes in your invoice, there are a few common reasons this might happen.
- Review your current subscription details in the Plan section of your dashboard to confirm which licenses and add-ons are included.
- Check whether any recent updates were made (such as adding or removing add-ons) and compare the number of active licenses against the limits of your subscription.
Common causes for invoice increases
| Cause | Description |
|---|---|
| Subscription pricing changes | Aircall may adjust pricing periodically. Check for communications (emails from our Customer Success team and/or a newsletter from our Marketing team) |
| Additional users or numbers | Adding users/numbers mid-cycle increases your monthly charges. |
| Consumption-based usage | International calls and SMS may incur extra charges. |
| Overpayments | Can result from switching payment methods during a pending transaction. |
| Taxes and regulations | Local tax or compliance updates can affect billing. |
Tips for cost management

Upgrading from monthly to annual billing
To change your billing frequency (for example, from monthly to annual), please reach out directly to our Customer Success team. There’s no need to create a support ticket for this request, as our Customer Support team doesn’t handle billing frequency changes.
Available billing frequencies
- Monthly: Billed each month
- Annual: Full annual charge billed once; extra usage (e.g., additional users, out-of-bundle calls) is still billed monthly. If you purchase additional users/numbers or make calls to specific prefixes that are not included in the bundle, you will receive monthly invoices for "extra charges" that were not included in the first annual invoice.
Key points to know
- No impact on plan features: Billing frequency changes don’t affect included services.
- Annual savings: Annual plans often offer up to 25% off fixed charges.
- Convenience: Fewer transactions with a single annual payment (excluding extras).
- Flexibility: You may be able to switch back to monthly billing at the end of your current term.
Note: No fees are charged for changing your billing frequency. However, your total cost may vary based on discounts or extras.
