⚠️ Aircall Workspace is currently in beta. Please note that some images and information in this article may differ from what is seen in Aircall Workspace as we continue to improve it.
What is Aircall Workspace?
Aircall Workspace is designed to help end users navigate customer conversations with greater clarity and confidence. We’ve introduced more room for moving effortlessly between inboxes, conversations, and customer context, all in one place.
Aircall Workspace enables end users to:
-
- Use fewer clicks to manage multi-channel communications (calls and texts) that are organized around the customer
- Improve team collaboration, so there’s more visibility about who’s doing what and what needs to be done next via the Inbox
- Have better customer conversations that are informed by context provided from integrations and Aircall AI
Please note that Aircall Workspace is a production environment. All calls, texts, and actions are real - not a test. You will see the historical data of the account you log into, and all actions will be recorded in the production history and statistics.
How does Aircall Workspace differ from the current Aircall Phone app?
Aircall Workspace is a brand new interface, and a preview of where Aircall is headed. It is foundational work for the future of Aircall that unlocks more room for building innovative new features right into the end user experience.

-
- Use Click-to-dial and the Power Dialer
- Adjust Network Settings
- Turn on Background Noise Cancellation
Can I use both the Aircall Phone and Aircall Workspace?
Yes! Once the beta is activated, all users on your account will have access to Aircall Workspace and can return to the current Aircall Phone at any time.
