Navigating the mobile app
Conversations & Call History view
The Conversations view combines previous To-Do and Messages pages into a unified space for all customer interactions.
From this view, you can:
Review all ongoing and past conversations
Filter by: Unread, Open, Assigned to you, Unassigned, Outbound, or Closed
You can also access the Call History page to view only call records
Conversation details
When you select a conversation or call, you’ll see the Conversation view, which provides full visibility into all related activity between you and the customer.
Here you can:
Listen to voicemail recordings and view transcripts
Review call recordings and messages
Add or review tags and notes for context
