Available call settings

Wrap-up time

Set a wrap-up time to complete any tasks after a conversation ends, such as adding notes or tags.
When wrap-up time is active, you won’t receive new incoming calls until the timer ends or you manually stop it before it expires.

Automatically close conversation after the call

Enable this option if you’d like conversations to automatically close once a call ends, rather than remaining open for tagging or note-taking.

Automatically end wrap-up upon completing after-call work

Choose whether wrap-up time should end automatically once all after-call tasks (such as tagging or note-taking) are completed. If disabled, wrap-up time continues until the timer expires.

Keep app on top

Enable Keep app on top to keep Aircall Workspace visible above other windows. This is ideal for multitasking with tools like your CRM when the app is minimized or resized. This setting applies only to the desktop app and keeps Aircall visible even when you’re not on a call.

Voicemail drop

Use the Voicemail drop section to record and manage pre-recorded voicemail messages that can be left automatically after the beep.

Note: The Voicemail drop feature is available on the Aircall Professional plan.

For more information, see How to use Voicemail Drop.

Forward to external number

You can choose an external phone number to forward calls received on Aircall.

For details, see Using Aircall's forward to external number feature.
