Ensuring that you reach the right Aircall representative is key to managing your account efficiently. This article explains how to contact our Customer Success team, depending on your plan size and needs.

Important: Only users with Owner permissions can access plan and contract details.
For security reasons, our account managers can only discuss contract-related matters with account owners.

Self-service actions

If your Aircall plan includes fewer than 10 users, most account management actions can be completed using our self-service tools.

If you need assistance with purchasing or upgrading, contact your account manager or the customer success team using the steps below .

How to reach out your account manager

If you need help from your account manager, but you're not sure who to reach out to for account-related inquiries, you can find their contact details in your welcome email or any follow-up communication from Aircall.

Tip: Search your email inbox for messages from addresses ending in @aircall.io to quickly find your account manager's contact information.

If you cannot reach your account manager

If you are unable to locate or contact your account manager, start a conversation with our AI Chat Assistant on the Aircall Help Center and describe your request. If it can't resolve your question, it will display the available contact options. Select Account management, plan changes & Customer Success consultation.

Let the assistant know what you need help with, for example:

  • Upgrading your plan, adding licenses, or purchasing add-ons
  • A Customer Success consultation to optimize your account configuration
  • Discussing your contract renewal
  • Cancelling or adjusting your plan
Note: Only users with Owner, Administrator, or Supervisor permissions have direct access to our Customer Success team. If you have Agent permissions, the AI Chat Assistant will let you know you don't have access and direct you to your company's Owner, Administrator, or Supervisor instead.
