If you need to view or request a copy of your Aircall contract, the process depends on how you subscribed and the size of your plan. Follow the steps below based on your plan type.
For plans with fewer than 10 users
There are two possible ways to access your contract details, depending on how you subscribed.
Self-subscribed customers
If you signed up for Aircall without assistance from our Sales team, you can find your contract details directly in the Plan tab of your Aircall Dashboard.
For step-by-step instructions on how to review this section, please refer to our article: Understanding your subscription and Aircall plan.
Customers assisted by Sales
If your subscription was arranged with help from a Sales representative, please contact our Customer Success team to request a copy of your contract.
Steps:
- Go to the Help Centre → Contact Us
- Select Account management, plan changes & Customer Success consultation.
- Choose the option that best describes your request (“What can we help you with?”)
For plans with 10 or more users
If your Aircall plan includes 10 or more users, you have a dedicated Customer Success manager (CSM) assigned to your account.
How to reach your CSM
- Your CSM is your primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries.
- You can find their contact details in your welcome email or any follow-up communication from Aircall.
Tip: Search your email inbox for messages from addresses ending in @aircall.io to quickly find your CSM’s contact information.
If you cannot reach your CSM
If you are unable to locate or contact your dedicated account manager, please get in touch with the Customer Success team through the Help Centre (Account management, plan changes & Customer Success consultation).
About contract renewals
Aircall does not issue a new contract each time your plan renews. Instead, your original contract or order form remains valid and automatically extends into each renewal period under the same terms and conditions. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Confirm your renewal schedule
To verify your renewal date, follow these steps:
Steps:
- Log in to your Aircall Dashboard --> Company name
- Go to the Plan tab.
- Check the Renewal Date. If auto-renewal is active, a green loop symbol will appear beside it.
Note: The main benefit of enabling auto-renewal is uninterrupted service. If auto-renewal is disabled, your Aircall service will be deactivated immediately after your contract expires.
How to prevent auto-renewal of your Aircall plan
You can choose to disable auto-renewal either when signing your contract or after activating your subscription.
During contract signing
Inform your Sales Representative that you do not wish to enable auto-renewal on your plan.
After subscription activation
The process depends on your plan size:
-
For plans with fewer than 10 users:
- You can initiate self-cancellation directly from your Aircall account. This action will prevent your plan from automatically renewing at the end of the term.
- Example:If you subscribed in January 2025 for an annual plan and self-cancel on April 1, 2025, your plan will stay active until December 31, 2025, and will not renew for 2026.
- For plans with 10 or more users: Contact contact our Customer Success team for assistance.
Important: To prevent auto-renewal, Aircall requires a 30-day written notice. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.
Renewal billing: managing users and numbers
To ensure accurate billing during renewal, review your active users and numbers in advance.
Tip: Remove unnecessary users or phone numbers at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid additional charges.
- Avoid overcharges: Any active users or phone numbers exceeding your contracted amount at the time of renewal will be billed.
- Contractual billing: You will be charged for the full contracted amount, even if you have fewer users or numbers on the renewal date.
