⚠️ Please note that, at this time, this functionality is only offered to a limited number of customers. To have SAML Single Sign-On activated for your company, please contact your Account Manager.
Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) gives users secure access to Aircall apps
(SP) through an identity provider (IDP) that employees already use, such as Okta, Auth0, JumpCloud, Ping One, Azure AD, and more. Enabling SAML through Aircall can be done in a few easy steps!
Requesting Activation
When logging in to Aircall, users will see an option to 'Sign-in with SSO.'
This is where users will be able to connect via an identity provider once enabled. Although all users will see this option, an admin of the account will need to reach out to their Account Manager at Aircall to enable the feature. Please note that, at this time, this functionality is only offered to a limited number of customers.
⚠️ Please note that IDP-initiated SAML sign-in is not currently supported. Once you have configured SAML on your Aircall account, please log in via the Aircall dashboard or app's login page using the "Sign-in with SSO" option.
Configuring the Identity Provider
After the feature has been enabled for your account, the next step will be to configure the identity provider. Please use the following guides to assist your IT administrator with configuring the identity provider you are using:
Please only attempt to implement the above guides after Aircall has confirmed SAML has been enabled for your account. After configuring the identity provider, you will need to export the metadata as an XML file, or have a URL of the metadata, so that it can be used in the next step.
Setup SSO in the Aircall Dashboard
Once you have the required metadata, either as an XML file or a URL, go to dashboard.aircall.io/account/security, or navigate to the Security tab from the My Company page in the Admin Dashboard.
From this page, you will be able to select SAML as your Authentication Method and enter your identity provider information!
