Task Closing Automation on HubSpot

This feature enables admins to create a rule in the Hubspot integration settings page to determine when a task should be closed in Hubspot. In this rule they can choose a set of default outcomes and a criteria to close a task after a call.

Speakers & Microphone test

Gives the possibility to perform a speaker and microphone “quality check” to make sure devices have good quality, and to prevent audio quality issues during calls.

Breakdown per IVR Branch

We recently added the ability to filter by IVR Branch (i.e. the menu option chosen e.g. 'Key 2: Sales Team') to all analytics dashboards except Outbound, Outbound+, Monitoring+ and Analytics), allowing users to deep dive into inbound activity per IVR option.

We are now breaking down data by IVR Branch within the Inbound, Inbound+ and Monitoring+ dashboards.

MMS media compression

What's changing? We recently added a new MMS option for US and Canada numbers. Now we are introducing auto-compression of media.

What do I need to know?

Only JPG/JPEG formats are compatible with compression. Each image is compressed to 60% of its original size, and the maximum output dimension is set at 2048 pixels (width for landscape format and height for portrait format). The compression output and quality depend on several criteria, including the compression parameters, but also on the initial media size and quality, number and type of colors, etc.

Extract Reports

This new feature allows admins and owners to retrieve information about their users, numbers, and teams directly from the dashboard. Please note that the downloaded file will contain all requested data (whether all numbers, all users, or all teams) and will not be filtered.

Call Timeline

Admins and Supervisors are now able to view what happens during the routing of a call from the start until it's answered or missed (IVR, internal transfers, routing to a team/agent, missed reasons, etc).

Admins and Supervisors will be able to access any inbound call timeline from the Call History table in the Dashboard (Call Settings > Call History).
