On the Users, Teams, and Numbers pages, you’re able to export your account’s data at any time, straight from the dashboard. This provides a convenient way to access and manage your data whenever needed, in just a few clicks.
To export your data from the Users, Teams, or Numbers page, simply click the Download CSV button on the top right side of each page.
Once you’ve clicked the button, your CSV file will begin downloading and, depending on your browser settings, a notification from your browser should inform you once the download has successfully completed.
Please note that the file downloaded will contain all of the information requested (whether all numbers, all users, or all teams) and will not be filtered. Each file will contain the following information:
Numbers
- Name
- Number ID
- Number
- Type
- Smartflows (Yes/No)
- IVR (Yes/No)
- SMS (Yes/No)
- MMS (Yes/No)
- Creation Date
- Active (Yes/No)
- Allow inbound
- Allow outbound
- Recording activated
- Recording inbound (Yes/No)
- Recording outbound (Yes/No)
Users
- User ID
- Full name
- Date of user creation
- Created/invited by (email of the person who created the user)
- Last activity date (last sign-in date)
- Status (pending validation/validated)
- Roles:
- Agent Role (Yes/No)
- Admin role (Yes/No)
- Supervisor role (Yes/No)
- Owner role (Yes/No)
- Language
- Time zone
- Extension
Teams
- Team ID
- Team name
- Creation date
- Numbers of users
- Full name of associated users
- Email of associated users
