The Aircall-Outreach integration has a lot to offer by streamlining workflows and getting rid of manual data entry after a phone call. Thankfully, getting set up only takes a few minutes!
Before you start, make sure that you have admin rights in both Aircall and Outreach.

To begin, log in to your Aircall Dashboard.

Select Integrations & API on the left sidebar menu

Select Outreach V2 from the Discover integrations tab

Click on Install integration
Now you will be guided through a few easy steps outlined below.
Installing Your Outreach Integration
Follow the simple steps below to get started:

Log in to the Aircall Admin Dashboard

Select Integrations & API from the left sidebar menu

Find and click on Outreach V2 in the Discover integrations section

Click on Install integration to start the install flow
- If you are using Apple Safari or Google Chrome, follow the instructions to Allow all cookies

Click Connect
- In the page that pops up, click Authorize

Under Select numbers click Add numbers

Select the numbers you would like to have linked to the Outreach integration, then click Add numbers in the bottom right corner to continue
⚠️ Please note that you may choose to skip this step if needed, but in order for call activity to log in Outreach, at least one number will need to be selected. If you would like to add or remove numbers associated with your integration at any point, you can do so directly in the Aircall Dashboard.

Click on Connect
- If you are not logged in to Outreach, after clicking Connect, you will be directed to a login page for Outreach. Please login on this page

Once you have completed these steps, your integration is now active. Click Finish to be directed to your Outreach integration settings
