Aircall allows you to log in from multiple platforms, giving you flexibility to work from your preferred device. This article explains where you can log in, available authentication methods, and best practices to ensure a secure and reliable experience.
Where you can log in
You can access the Aircall Workspace and Aircall Phone (soon to be deprecated) from the following platforms:
- Desktop application on macOS or Windows
- Web application at https://workspace.aircall.io (Aircall Workspace) and https://phone.aircall.io (Aircall Phone)
- Mobile application on iOS and Android
If you a user with an Admin and/or Supervisor role or if you have advanced permissions (Owner) associated to your role, you can access Aircall Dashboard.
Available login methods
In addition to the standard username and password, Aircall supports more secure authentication options. We strongly recommend enabling one of the following methods to help protect your company data:
- Google Sign-In
- SAML single sign-on (available on demand)
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Using Aircall on multiple devices
You can log in to Aircall on more than one device at the same time. When you do, all logged-in devices stay synchronized in real time.
For example, if you are logged in on both the desktop application and the iOS mobile application, your availability status will be the same across both. It is not possible to set different availability statuses (Aircall Workspace and Aircall Phone) per device.
Important: If you use the forward-to-device feature, you should remove the mobile application. Forward-to-device and the mobile app are not supported simultaneously and may interfere with call handling.
Shared logins
- Sharing your personal Aircall login credentials with another user is strongly discouraged.
- Shared logins can cause serious security risks and functional issues, including problems with making or receiving calls. In these situations, the Support team is unable to provide a resolution.
- If you need additional users to support your team’s growth, contact our Customer Success team to discuss adding more user licenses.
Refreshing your application
As a best practice, log out and log back in to the Aircall Workspace or Aircall Phone application daily. This helps prevent authentication tokens from becoming outdated.
Staying logged in for long periods can lead to cache buildup and outdated server connections, which may result in call issues or application interruptions.
If you experience problems with the application:
- Log out of the Aircall Workspace and Aircall Phone.
- Clear the application cache: Aircall Workspace and Aircall Phone
- Log back in to reset the token and restore normal calling activity.
Following these steps can help maintain a stable and reliable Aircall experience.
