Clear cache on macOS

If you are using the Aircall Workspace desktop application on macOS, follow these steps:

  1. Open Aircall Workspace.

  2. Click Phone Application in the menu bar at the top of the screen.

  3. Select Debug Tools.

  4. Click Clear Application Data.

Important: Clearing application data will remove locally stored cache. You may need to log in again after completing this action.

Clear cache on Windows

If you are using the Aircall Workspace desktop application on Windows, follow these steps:

  1. Open Aircall Workspace.

  2. Click the notification area on the right side of the Windows taskbar.

  3. Right click the Aircall Workspace icon to open the menu.

  4. Select Debug Tools.
