You can compare the details on your invoice with your SMS/MMS report available in your Aircall dashboard.

Aircall offers SMS and/or MMS capabilities in the bellow listed countries (availability depends on your account settings).

- Go to your Aircall dashboard.
- Click your company name (bottom left).
- Select "Analytics" > "Overview."

The price per SMS/MMS for destinations you have sent messages in the past is visible on your previous invoices. You can download them from your Aircall dashboard. Learn how to access or download your invoices & credit notes.
Where to find It?
- Download your invoice from the Aircall dashboard.
- Check the "Messages from previous month" section.
- Look under the "Unit price" column for the SMS/MMS rate.

⚠️ Originating Number Prefix: Pricing may vary based on the originating number's prefix. Contact your account manager for details.
