Each month, you'll receive an invoice for usage, which includes charges for inbound and outbound calls based on your contract pricing.
You can compare the details on your invoice with your call history available in your dashboard.
Call report
To Download a Call Report from Your Dashboard:
- Go to your Aircall dashboard.
- Click on your company name at the bottom left corner.
- Select Analytics and scroll down the drop-down menu to Call History.

Call report limitations
When downloading your call report from your Aircall dashboard:
- Any call performed by a deleted user/number won't appear in the downloaded report.
- The report won't show conference calls. Learn more about conference calls.
- The report won't show transferred calls. Learn more about transferring calls.
- Call history older than 6 months cannot be downloaded.

⚠️ Please also note that calls forwarded outside of Aircall, as well as external conference calls, will be charged outbound rates.

Additional notes:
The price per minute for destinations you have called in the past is visible on your previous invoices. You can download them from your Aircall dashboard. Learn how to access or download your invoices & credit notes.
Where to find It?
- Download your invoice from the Aircall dashboard.
- Check the "Call from previous month" section.
- Look under the "Unit price" column for the per-minute rate.
⚠️ Rounded call charges: Calls billed by Aircall are rounded up to the nearest minute. For example, if your call lasted 45 seconds or 15 seconds, you will be billed for 1 full minute.
Outbound Call Rates
An outbound call is initiated by a Aircall user to and external phone number
There are 3 different outbound call types:
- Landline: outbound call made to a landline prefix.
- Mobile: outbound call made to a mobile prefix
- Premium: outbound calls made to premium prefixes which charge callers higher price rates for select services. Learn more about premium calls.
⚠️ Not all outbound calls are billed, as some may be included in your subscription (Domestic or Extended bundle). Learn more about call bundles.
⚠️ The prefix of the originating caller might impact pricing. For more details, please consult your dedicated account manager. Instructions on how to do so can be found in our article: How to contact my account manager?
Example: If you subscribed to the EMEA Light & North America call bundle and the number used on your dashboard to call a French Orange mobile number originates from Latin America, such as Brazil, the call will be billed separately, as it is not included in your bundle.
Inbound Call Rates
All inbound calls in Aircall are free, except for calls to toll-free numbers. Learn more about toll-free calls.
