Number availability and regulatory requirements vary by country. Some numbers can be purchased directly from the Aircall Dashboard, while others require submitting a request to our Customer Support team.
You can check available numbers, required documents, and whether a number can be purchased through self-service or by ticket in our country coverage.
Important: Be sure to prepare all requested documents before purchasing a number.
Purchasing a number in self-service
You can create numbers directly in the Aircall Dashboard if the selected country and number type support self-service.
Steps:
- Log in to the Aircall Dashboard -> Numbers.
- Click Add a Number.
- Choose the country and the number type.

Purchasing a number via ticket
To purchase a number via ticket, please contact our Customer Support team.
If your documents have already been verified, purchasing a number via ticket usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Timing can vary depending on carrier provisioning and number availability. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process.
Bulk number purchases
Self-service allows purchasing numbers one at a time. If you need a large quantity of numbers, please create a ticket with our Customer Support team. We can assist with bulk provisioning.
Requesting easy-to-remember or consecutive numbers
For special requests such as easy-to-remember numbers, consecutive numbers, or number blocks, create a ticket with our Customer Support team. We will check availability with our carriers and share available options for your approval.
Number pricing
All numbers have the same pricing, which is defined in your Aircall contract. If you are unsure about your pricing, please refer to your contract or contact our Customer Success team.
