Number activation

When activating a new phone number, you may be asked to provide verification documents depending on the selected prefix or location. This process ensures compliance with local regulations.

Using verified address information

If you have already submitted and verified address information for a specific phone number, this information can be reused when purchasing additional numbers in the same geographic area.

However, when purchasing numbers in a different location, you will need to submit a new Regulatory Information Set (RIS), which includes a local address and any required supporting documentation.

Note: If you have already verified a Berlin prefix, any new Berlin numbers you purchase will be activated immediately. However, if you want to purchase a Munich number, you must complete the verification process again by submitting the required documents for that location.
Tip: To review the requirements refer to number purchase requirements by country.
