Aircall Workspace - Unified Conversations for Desktop & Web

What’s new?

Unified View:

  • Inbox: Get unified access to customer interactions regardless of their channel.
  • Unified timeline: See your calls, voicemails, texts, and status logs all in one thread centered on the customer.
  • Seamless switching: Switch between customer numbers or Aircall lines while keeping an eye on the context with related conversations.
  • Previous call insights: Get AI-insights in the Call bubble and Call details. AI insights will appear for users with the AI add-on, if the required recording conditions are respected.

Improved Workflows:

  • Badge notifications: See indicators for new conversations (calls and messages) at both the Inbox and desktop icon levels.
  • Counters: See total number of Conversations/Calls in each Inbox category in real time.
  • Bulk actions: Select multiple conversations to close/reopen, mark as read/unread, or add numbers to the Power Dialer in one go.

Enhanced Navigation:

  • Inbox, Conversations or Calls: Choose your preferred view to work in or switch between them as needed.
  • Custom categories: Personalize your Inbox by selecting preferred categories in Settings: Conversations: unread, open, assigned to you, unassigned, outbound, closed. Calls: missed calls, voicemails, callback requests, follow ups.
  • Sort conversations: Organize your Inbox by the last interaction date, from newest to oldest or vice versa.
  • Adjust view display: Expand or collapse the list view to suit your preferences.

New features

Zendesk - Out of Business Hours flow for Zendesk

Aircall has enhanced the Zendesk Integration settings for Ticket Creation by incorporating Business Hours defined for Smartflows numbers using the Time Rule widget.

Previously, this setting was only available for Classic Numbers, but has now been expanded to support Smartflows numbers as well.

Based on the settings selected, Aircall will now create tickets and log calls in Zendesk either only during business hours or even after business hours, as configured.
