The Aircall Workspace mobile app gives users the same powerful calling and messaging experience available on desktop, optimized for use on iOS and Android devices. It enables teams to manage conversations, handle calls, and stay connected wherever they work.

Overview

Aircall Workspace for Mobile brings together calls, messages, and contacts in a single, intuitive interface. The app is designed to help users efficiently manage customer conversations and collaborate with teammates while on the go.

All conversations, whether through voice or messaging, are organized in one place for easier access and context continuity.

Navigating the mobile app

Conversations & Call History view

The Conversations view combines previous To-Do and Messages pages into a unified space for all customer interactions.

From this view, you can:

  • Review all ongoing and past conversations

  • Filter by: Unread, Open, Assigned to you, Unassigned, Outbound, or Closed

You can also access the Call History page to view only call records

Conversation details

When you select a conversation or call, you’ll see the Conversation view, which provides full visibility into all related activity between you and the customer.

Here you can:

  • Listen to voicemail recordings and view transcripts

  • Review call recordings and messages

  • Add or review tags and notes for context
