Looking at the timeline of a call, you may notice that audio files are taking longer than the duration of the file added into the Aircall number's inbound call distribution flow.
This is expected for the following reasons:
- After playing an audio file configured in an audio widget, there is a 2-second time-out applied to gather callback request or user extension digit from the caller.
- After playing an audio file configured in an IVR widget, there is also an additional 3-second time-out to gather the IVR digit from the callers.
Note: It may take a few more seconds due to the network and computing process.
