Although we will be sad to see you go, we know that things happen and sometimes Aircall may not be the right fit.
If that is the case, and you decide to leave Aircall, you are able to port out your numbers to another provider. Please reach out to the Aircall Porting Team prior to porting out to obtain the correct information (including PIN or RIO code information) for your phone number by initiating a service request via our porting support portal.
Once this information is obtained, you will be able to contact your new/gaining provider and let them know you would like your numbers moved, and they will handle the request for you.
⚠️ Please note: During this time, your Aircall account must remain active until the port-out procedure is completed. Please notify our Porting Team so they are aware that you will be moving your number.
Aircall will NOT charge you anything for moving your number, but keep in mind that your new/gaining carrier may charge a fee for porting the numbers to their services. We advise inquiring with the gaining carrier to confirm with them if there will be any fees associated with the porting.
Once the porting has been confirmed as successfully completed with the new/gaining carrier, please make sure to remove the number(s) from your Aircall Dashboard, so that you are no longer charged for them. You can follow this quick guide on learning how to delete a number.
⚠️ Please note: We do not use Account numbers at Aircall and can not provide one for identification purposes. If the new provider for the number requires an Account number to proceed, the Porting Team can provide guidance on your open ticket about what information you can provide them.
