If some of your outbound calls suddenly drop after just 5 seconds, this can be an indicator that your security software (such as firewalls, VPNs, antivirus, and similar tools) is not configured to allow all the ports, IPs, and URLs required by Aircall.
Cause
Security software that is not updated or not correctly configured may block or interrupt Aircall traffic. This can cause outbound calls to disconnect after a few seconds.
What to check
If you are experiencing this symptom:
- Review the configuration of your:
- Firewall
- VPN
- Antivirus
- Any other content or security filters
