Whether you started exploring Aircall on your own or through our Sales team this article explains what to expect during your first week with Aircall. It also covers which features you can test during your trial period.

Access during your 7-day free trial

During your 7-day free trial, you will have access to the Aircall Dashboard and Aircall Workspace. Before unlocking the full trial experience, you must complete a few basic registration steps.

Once registration is complete, you will have access to both Essentials and Professional plan features. During your trial, you can:

  • Create up to 3 Aircall numbers
  • Add an unlimited number of users and create up to 3 teams
  • Make calls (up to 40 minutes)
  • Call any destination (unless the destination prefix is blacklisted)
  • Send SMS messages (from SMS-compatible numbers)
Note: You will have access to up to 100 message segments during your trial. On average, users send 2 segments per text message.

Trial limitations

As this is a trial experience, certain features are restricted. Please note the following limitations:

  • Number porting is not available during the trial.
  • A2P 10DLC registration and CNAM updates cannot be requested.
  • AI Voice Agent can be created and tested locally, but cannot be assigned to a phone line.
  • Call limitations:
    • Maximum of 1 simultaneous active or transferred call per conversation
    • Calls cannot exceed 7 minutes in duration

Next steps after your trial

During your onboarding, you will always see the “Upgrade plan” button in your Aircall Dashboard. At the end of your 7-day trial, you will be invited to choose the plan that best suits your needs. To learn more about available options, visit our pricing page.

If you decide not to continue, there is no need to cancel your trial. It will automatically expire at the end of the 7th day, and your access to Aircall will be discontinued.

Important: If you decide later to continue using Aircall and would like to use the same email address from your trial account, please contact our Sales team. They can help you restore access to your Aircall account.
