Aircall’s account verification process ensures that all accounts on our platform are secure and compliant. The process is simple and designed to confirm your identity and business information before granting full access to a trial or allowing an upgrade to a paid account.

Why account verification is required

Account verification helps Aircall maintain a safe environment for all users by preventing misuse and fraudulent activity. It also ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

When account verification is needed

All new Aircall accounts must be verified upon creation. Verification is required before you can upgrade to a paid plan or access all features of your trial.

Who must complete account verification

Only the person who creates the Aircall account can complete the verification process. Other users added to the account do not have access to complete or modify this step.

What happens if verification is not completed

Completing verification is essential to unlock the full functionality of your Aircall account.

If verification is not completed:

If your verification is rejected

Your verification may be rejected if your submitted documents or information are incorrect or do not meet the required standards.

You have two attempts to complete the verification process.

Steps if your first attempt is rejected:

  1. Review the best practices and troubleshooting information provided in our verification guides.
  2. Correct any errors or upload clearer documentation.
  3. Try submitting the verification again.
Important: If your second attempt is also rejected, you will not be able to create an Aircall account.
