The Aircall Dashboard lets you configure and add phone numbers, set up teammates, review specific call data, and access company settings depending on your plan and user role. Access to the Dashboard is restricted to Admin and Supervisor users.
Important: If you are not an Admin or Supervisor, you will not be able to log in to the Dashboard and will be redirected to an error page.

Log in for the first time
When you first sign up for Aircall, you receive an email invitation that lets you create your password.
Steps to complete your first login setup
- Open the email invitation sent to your professional email address.
- Click the link in the email to create a new password.
- Set and confirm your password.
- After this step is complete, you can log in to the Dashboard at https://dashboard.aircall.io/login
Standard login process
You can access the Aircall Dashboard directly or via the Aircall website.
Steps to log in to the Aircall Dashboard
- Go to https://dashboard.aircall.io/login or navigate to aircall.io and click Login in the upper right-hand corner.
- Enter your professional email address.
- Enter the password you created during setup.
- Click Log in.
Tip: For the best experience, Aircall recommends using Google Chrome to access the Aircall Dashboard.
Logging in with Google Sign-in or SAML Single Sign-On
If your company has enabled Google Sign-in or SAML Single Sign-On (SSO), you must use your configured authentication provider to access the Dashboard.
Steps to log in with Google Sign-in or SAML SSO
- Go to https://dashboard.aircall.io/login.
- Select the Google Sign-in or SSO option provided by your company.
- Authenticate using your company’s configured identity provider (for example, Google or another SAML provider).
- You will be redirected back to the Aircall Dashboard once authentication is successful.
Note: If Google Sign-in or SAML SSO is enabled for your company, your email and password credentials will no longer work for Aircall Dashboard login. You must use your authentication provider instead.
Requesting Dashboard access
If you need access to the Dashboard but do not have Admin or Supervisor permissions, you must contact someone in your company who already has an Admin or Supervisor role. They can update your role directly from their Dashboard.
Steps for an Admin or Supervisor to grant Dashboard access
- Go to Aircall Dashboard > Users and Teams > All users
- Find and select the user whose permissions you want to update.
- On the User settings page:
- Go to the General tab.
- Under Roles & Permissions section, update the user’s Role to Admin or Supervisor.
- Click Save changes.

Troubleshooting access issues
If you experience problems when trying to log in or use the Aircall Dashboard, there are a few checks you can perform:
- Clear your Google Chrome cache and cookies to avoid problems caused by excessive cached data. For more information, please see Google Chrome: how to clear cache and cookies.
- The Aircall Dashboard is not designed for mobile use. When accessing it from a mobile device, you may experience limitations or reduced functionality.
