If you cannot sign in to the Aircall Dashboard, it is often due to your user role or to a browser issue. This article explains who can access the Aircall Dashboard, what happens when an agent tries to sign in, and what to do in each situation.
Who can access the Aircall Dashboard
Aircall has four permission roles: Agent, Admin, Owner, and Supervisor. Access is split between phone apps and the Admin Dashboard as shown below:

If you are an Agent trying to log into the Dashboard, you will see a message guiding you to the correct apps instead.
Note: Both the login page at https://dashboard.aircall.io/login and the login button on aircall.io direct users to the Aircall Dashboard.

If you are an Agent redirected away from the Aircall Dashboard
If you are an Agent and you were redirected away from the Aircall Dashboard login with a message, you can:
- Click Get Aircall for desktop and mobile on the page to go to the download page for Aircall Workspace apps.
- If you already have an app installed:
- Open your Aircall Workspace app for desktop, mobile or web.
You do not need Aircall Dashboard access to make and receive calls if your role is Agent only.
If you are an Agent who needs Aircall Dashboard access
If you are an Agent but you should have Aircall Dashboard access (for example, you manage settings or reporting), your role needs to be updated.
Steps
- Contact one of the current Admins or Owners on your Aircall account.
- Ask them to enable Admin privileges (or another appropriate role with Dashboard access) for your user.
Only Admins and Owners can modify user roles to grant Dashboard access.
If you already have access but still cannot sign in
If you are an Admin, Owner, or Supervisor, or you have confirmed that you should have Aircall Dashboard access, but you still cannot log in:
- Clear your browser cookies and cache.
- Close all browser windows.
- Reopen your browser and go again to https://dashboard.aircall.io/login.
- Try signing in once more.
If the problem continues after clearing cookies and cache, you may also test:
- Using a different browser
- Using an incognito/private window
If you still cannot sign in after these checks, contact your internal admin or Aircall Support with details of the error message you see.
