User with Owners, Admins, and Supervisors permission can access the self-service flow to purchase or request Aircall add-ons. This article explains who can purchase, what add-ons are available, how to access the flow, and how billing works.
Who can purchase add-ons
Access to the self-service add-on flow depends on the user’s role:

| Supervisor | Request feature |
| Agent | No access to the self-service flow |
Important: Only account Owners can complete a purchase or request a quote.

How to purchase an add-on
You can access the self-service add-on flow directly from your Aircall Dashboard.
Steps:
- My company > Select the Plan tab
- Choose the add-on you want to manage.
- You can also access the purchase flow by clicking an add-on (for example, Analytics+) from the sidebar before it has been purchased.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete one of the following actions:
- Subscribe now to purchase the add-on.
- Request a quote if required by your account setup.
- Try it for free to begin a trial.
- Request feature to notify the account Owner that teammates are interested in purchasing the add-on.
Note: Only Owners and Admins can start a free trial.
Billing information
When an add-on is purchased, billing is based on the total number of standard user licenses and additional users on the account.
- After purchasing, you will be billed immediately for a prorated amount through the end of your current billing cycle.
- Future invoices will include the full add-on cost according to your existing billing frequency.
Purchase rules and restrictions
- Owners can only purchase add-ons that have not already been purchased.
- Add-on subscriptions cannot be edited in the Aircall Dashboard.
- To modify any aspect of an add-on (such as license quantity or billing terms), contact your Account Manager.
- All purchases are final. For any post-purchase changes, please reach out to our Customer Success team.
