Who can purchase Add-Ons?
Owners, Admins, and Supervisors are able to access the self-service add-on flow.
Depending on the assigned roles and other account factors, the self-service flow will allow users to either Subscribe Now, Request a quote, Try it for free, or Request feature.
- Users with the Owner role will be able to select either Subscribe now or Request a quote (depending on other factors), as well as Try it for free to start a trial for an add-on
- Users with the Admin role will be able to select Request feature which will notify users with the Owner role that the add-on is being requested by teammates. Admins will also be able to select Try it for free
- Users with the Supervisor role will be able to select Request feature
- Users with the Agent role will not be able to access the self-service flow
What Add-Ons are able to be purchased?
The Analytics+ and Aircall AI add-ons will be available for purchase or quote through the self-service flow.
How are Add-Ons purchased?
The self-service add-on flow will be accessible directly through the Aircall Dashboard:
- Click on your company name
- Then click the Plan tab
The purchase flow can also be accessed via free trial flows or via the dashboard sidebar menu (for example: clicking on Analytics+ before the add-on has been purchased).
Once you have accessed the flow, make the appropriate selections on each page to confirm the add-on purchase, quote request, trial, or feature request:
How will I be billed?
When subscribing to an add-on, billing is calculated based on the total number of standard user licenses and additional users on the account.
After purchasing an add-on, users will be billed immediately at a prorated amount through the end of their current billing cycle. Users' next bill will be delivered according to their billing frequency, and will reflect their purchase in full.

Purchase Permissions
- Only Owners can purchase an add-on or request a quote

- Only Owners and Admins can activate a free trial

Request Feature
- Admins and Supervisors can request an add-on. Feature requests are aggregated and shared with Owners to communicate organizational interest in the add-on

Purchase Rules
- Users can only purchase add-ons that have not already been purchased
- Users cannot edit their add-on subscription in the Aircall dashboard. Users must contact their Account Manager or our Success Team to modify their subscription in any way (e.g. license quantities, billing frequency, billing period)
