While Do Not Disturb mode is great when needed, there are some notifications that you must have. For example, during work hours you may not want text messages from friends, but do want calls from your Aircall app. By adding Aircall as an exception to the Do Not Disturb mode, agents can silence the notifications they don't want, while still being able to use the Aircall app as needed.
Allowing Notifications for Aircall
To exclude Aircall from the Do Not Disturb mode's general restrictions in your Android device:
- Navigate to the Settings App
- Go to Settings > Sound & vibration > Do not disturb
- Under What can interrupt Do Not Disturb, you will find three categories: People, Apps, and Alarms & other interruptions
- Go to Apps and select Aircall to be allowed
