iOS Focus mode is useful for limiting distractions, but there may be notifications you still need to receive. For example, during working hours you may want to silence personal messages while continuing to receive calls and notifications from the Aircall app.

By adding Aircall as an exception, agents can mute unwanted notifications while ensuring Aircall calls and alerts continue to come through.

Add Aircall as an exception

Follow the steps below to allow Aircall notifications while Focus mode is enabled.

Steps:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Focus.
  3. Select the Focus mode you want to modify.
  4. Under Allow notifications, tap Apps.
  5. Make sure Allow notifications from is selected.
  6. Tap the + icon to add an app.
  7. Select Aircall from the list.

Once added, Aircall will appear in the Allow notifications from section for that Focus mode.

Note: You must repeat these steps for each Focus mode where you want Aircall notifications to be allowed.

That’s it. Aircall notifications will now bypass iOS Focus mode and continue to reach you while the Focus mode is active.
