Android’s Do Not Disturb mode is useful for limiting interruptions, but there are situations where you still need to receive certain notifications. For example, during working hours you may want to silence personal notifications while continuing to receive calls and alerts from the Aircall app.

By adding Aircall as an exception, agents can mute unwanted notifications while ensuring Aircall remains fully usable.

Allow notifications for Aircall

Follow the steps below to allow Aircall notifications to bypass Do Not Disturb restrictions on your Android device.

Steps:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Go to Sound & vibration.
  3. Tap Do Not Disturb.
  4. Under What can interrupt Do Not Disturb, review the available categories:
    • People
    • Apps
    • Alarms and other interruptions
  5. Tap Apps.
  6. Select Aircall and allow it to interrupt Do Not Disturb.

Once enabled, Aircall calls and notifications will continue to come through even when Do Not Disturb mode is active.

Note: Menu names and navigation paths may vary slightly depending on your Android version or device manufacturer.
