Text Search, included in our Aircall AI Add-On, empowers users to efficiently search across all calls within the Conversation Center. This feature indexes call transcripts and metadata, enabling users to quickly locate specific information or conversations.
Search Functionality
Customers who sign up for Aircall AI gain access to the Search feature within their account interface through the Conversation Center. Upon activation, users can utilize the search functionality to search across all their recorded calls.
Keyword Search: Users can input keywords or phrases into the search bar to initiate a search across all calls that has transcription enabled and generated for their calls.
The search results will be returned from the most recent to the least recent.
Advanced Filtering: Users are able to refine their search results by applying filters such as date range, call type, customer name/number, participant names, and by participants who said the word or phrase (agent VS customer).
⚠️ Please note if trying to search by customer number the format must include the + sign, country code, and spaces between the numbers Ex: + 1 555 555 5555.
In order to make a search, type 3 or more characters before clicking on the Search button or pressing Enter/Return on your keyboard.
When clicking on the preview mode, you can visualize the words/sentences searched, highlighted.
The search result is also highlighted on the Conversation Page after clicking on Go to conversation.
Want to redo your latest search? By clicking on the search bar, you have the ability to choose one of the recent queries you made and display the related updated results. Your latest search is saved as long as your user session valid.
Why am I not seeing results for my search?
In order to be able to search your recorded calls, make sure that the following are enabled for your account and line:
How far back can I search?
For customers new to Aircall AI, you can search for calls that take place from the date you purchase the add-on onwards. So, for instance, if you purchase the add-on on April 15th, you will be able to search for calls from April 15th onwards.
For customers who purchased Aircall AI before, April 8th, you will be able to search for calls that took place from February 9th onwards.
