If you are new to Aircall and have logged into your Aircall Phone for the first time, you may encounter the following error message in the Keypad when trying to make a call.
'You don't have a number associated to your account yet.'
Why this happens
If you’re unable to make or receive calls, it’s likely because your Account Administrator has not yet assigned you to a phone number. Without an assigned number, your phone won’t ring, and you won’t be able to initiate or receive calls.
How to resolve the issue
Steps:
Reach out to your Account Administrator and ask them to assign your user to the call distribution of a phone number.

If you are an Admin user:
Select a phone number, go to the Teams & Users tab, and assign the user or the team the user belongs to. For instructions on how to add an user to an existing team, please see our article Teams in the Dashboard.
Alternatively, you can create a new number for the user if needed. For instructions on how to create a new number, please check our article Creating a new number in Aircall.

Refresh your Aircall app.
The assigned number should now appear in the Numbers section.
