Custom Analytics dashboards let you build your own report from Aircall Analytics figures. You choose the figures you care about, group them in sections, and save the report. You can reopen it from the Custom Analytics dashboards page.

Note: Custom Analytics dashboards is currently in Beta. In this release, you build reports manually by dragging figures into the report builder.

Who can access Custom Analytics dashboards

  • Custom Analytics dashboards is available for companies with the Analytics+ add-on.
  • Access is granted to users with an Admin or Supervisor role.
  • If you don’t have Analytics+, you can’t access the report builder.
  • A report is private to the user who created it. Sharing a report isn’t available in this release.

For the features included in each plan, please see our article Analytics features by plan: what’s included?

Key terms

  • Report builder: the page where you create and edit a report.
  • Report: a set of figures that you choose and organise in sections.
  • Section: a named group of figures. Figures in a section are laid out side by side.
  • Figure: a chart or other visual that already exists on an Analytics dashboard page.
  • KPI: a figure that shows a single value.

Figures use the same metrics as your Analytics dashboards. If a metric’s definition changes, your figures stay correct.

Find your reports

To see your reports, go to Aircall Dashboard > Analytics > Custom Analytics dashboards.

The page lists your reports. Each report shows:

  • The report name
  • A figures column with the total number of figures the report holds
  • When it was last updated
  • A three-dot menu with the options to edit, duplicate or delete the report

From this page, you can also create a new report.

Configuring a report

Using the figure library

The Figures tab lists all the figures that already exist on your Analytics dashboard pages.

  • Figures are grouped by dashboard, for example Overview, Inbound, Outbound, and User Activity.
  • Each group shows its number of figures. You can collapse and expand each group.
  • Use the search field to find a figure by name or description.

Each figure card shows:

  • A thumbnail preview
  • The figure name
  • A badge for the chart type, for example Column chart
  • A one-line description of what the figure displays

A figure keeps the chart type it has on its dashboard. You can’t change the chart type in a report.

Note: Figures from the Numbers performance report are not available in the figure library. For more about that report, please see Analytics: Numbers performance report.

Organize your report

Sections:

  • Rename a section.
  • Reorder sections.
  • Delete a section.

Figures:

  • Drag a figure to reorder it within a section.
  • Drag a figure to another section to move it.
  • Resize figures. Please note some may have min/max limits when resizing.
  • Use the three-dot menu on a figure to remove it.

Add filters to your report

You can add additional filters to your report by clicking on the +Add filter button, available at the top of the report creation screen. A side bar menu will appear with all the available filters.

Please note the filters apply to every figure in the report.

Limits

Custom Analytics dashboards have the following limits:

  • Reports: up to 10 reports per user.
  • Sections: up to 5 sections per report.
  • Figures: up to 14 figures per report.
  • Weight: a total weight of up to 30 per report.

Each figure has a weight based on its type:

  • KPI: 1
  • Heatmap: 2
  • Chart: 3
  • Table: 4

A report must stay within both the figure limit and the weight limit. For example, 10 charts reach the weight limit of 30.

If you reach a limit, an error appears. To continue, delete or replace an existing report or figure. Replacing a figure with a heavier one can exceed the weight limit. For example, replacing a KPI (weight 1) with a Table (weight 4) adds 3 to the total weight.

Export a report

Click Export in the report header. You can export the whole report as CSV, XLSX, or PDF.

The export respects the filters applied to the report.

Screenshot 2026-10-20 at 16.08.11.png
Note: KPIs can't be exported to CSV or XLSX. In a report with other figures, the KPIs are not included in CSV and XLSX exports. If a report contains only KPIs, the CSV and XLSX options don't appear. This is the same rule as on the Analytics dashboards.
