Call recent tags provide quick, personalized tag suggestions based on the tags you have used most recently. They are designed to help you tag calls faster and more consistently.

Recent tags appear wherever you can add tags to a call during or after a call. Up to seven recently used tags are shown at the top of the list, with your full tag library available below.

How the recent tags list updates

The recent tags list updates automatically based on your own tagging activity. It is specific to each user, and your teammates’ tagging behavior does not affect your suggestions.

  • The list updates gradually as you apply tags; no manual reset is required.
  • If you add a tag during a call that is still in progress or in the call ended view, it will appear in your recent tags for your next tagging action.
  • Duplicate tags are filtered to keep the list unique and varied.
  • If you use several tags on a single call, all will be added to your recent tags.
  • Tags are ordered by date and time, with the most recently used tags shown first.

Additional information

  • Recent tags do not limit your tagging options. You always have access to the full tag library through All tags and the search bar.
  • Recent tags are maintained per agent, so each user sees a list tailored to their own tagging habits.
