The new version of Aircall CTI is built on the Aircall Workspace platform and features an adapted embedded view within the following integrations: Salesforce v3, HubSpot, Zendesk, and Front.

Key Features:

  • Aircall Workspace CTI offers most key features of the Aircall Workspace App, including the Unified Conversation experience.

Not included:

  • Power dialer set up & management
  • AI add-on features
  • Conversation context (i.e. contact information)
  • Agent-level tailored analytics

Introducing the new Conversations view, a unified space combining your To-do list and Messages. Now, all customer interactions are accessible in one place.

Key Features:

  • Unified Conversations: View calls, voicemails, texts, and status logs in a single, thread.
  • Smart Filters: Easily sort conversations by: Unread, Open, Assigned to you, Unassigned, Outbound, and Closed.
  • Call History Access: View call interactions via the dedicated Call History page.

Workflow Improvements:

  • Badge Notifications: Instantly see new conversations at a glance.

Single Role Selection simplifies Aircall's permission roles, allowing only one role selection (plus advanced Owner permissions if needed).

Limit Supervisor Visibility will allow users to configure restrictions based on Teams and Numbers to limit the scope of the content in the Dashboard.
