The AI Voice Agent is available to all customers as an independent product powered by AI. It does not require the Aircall AI paid add-on.
- Costs: There is no fee to enable the feature. Billing is based on usage, measured in minutes.
- Free trial: You can enable an AI Voice Agent directly from the Aircall Dashboard and test it with a free trial.
- Tracking usage: Monitor your minutes directly in the Aircall Dashboard.

Available features
The AI Voice Agent comes with a wide range of customizable options:
- Create and manage multiple AI Voice Agents.
- Language support: English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Italian, and Portuguese.
- Personalization options: Assign a name, choose a voice, and select a tone (Casual and friendly or Serious and formal).
- Context settings: Add details such as Company Name, Company Description, and Greeting, Transfer, or Farewell messages.
- Knowledge base: Provide content for your agent to answer caller questions.
- Intake questions: Configure the AI Voice Agent to collect specific information from callers, with optional follow-up questions based on their responses.
- Call insights: View calls handled by the AI Voice Agent in Aircall Workspace, along with intake results.
- Seamless transfer to human agents: If a caller requests to speak with someone or the AI cannot provide an answer (for example, when a query is too complex), the call can be transferred directly to your team. All context is automatically shared, allowing agents to continue the conversation smoothly.
