Symptom

When attempting to create a conference call using the Aircall iOS app, the Add call or Conference call button is not visible or available.

Cause

Conference calling is not currently supported on the Aircall Workspace iOS application.

Note: This limitation applies only to the iOS mobile app.

Solution

If conference calling is required, use the web or desktop version of Aircall Workspace.

Important: The Aircall Workspace Android app fully supports call conferencing.
