Bluetooth headsets, earphones, and other wireless devices can be used with Aircall, but they may sometimes experience connectivity issues. To help identify the source of the problem, we recommend testing a wired headset to see if the symptoms you are experiencing disappear.

If switching to a wired headset resolves your call quality issues, it is likely that the Bluetooth connection is the cause. To improve Bluetooth performance, try the suggestions below.

Use a Bluetooth dongle

Whenever possible, use the Bluetooth dongle provided by your headset manufacturer instead of your laptop's built-in Bluetooth. This can lead to a more stable connection.

Install headset software

Make sure you have installed the software recommended by your headset manufacturer, such as Jabra Direct, to keep your device up to date and enhance performance.

Important: Corsair brand headsets are not supported for use with Aircall.

Maintain close range

Keep your Bluetooth headset within a close range of the dongle or laptop. This helps reduce the chance of connectivity issues caused by distance or interference.
