New features
New Analytics Dashboards
Aircall is beginning the beta of four new dashboards for the Professional plan: the Inbound Dashboard, Outbound Dashboard, Unanswered Calls Dashboard, and User Activity Dashboard.
What are these new dashboards?
These are simplified versions of the four new Analytics+ dashboards we released last year.
What about Analytics+?
There are important differences between these dashboards and their Analytics+ counterparts, such as fewer KPIs and charts, 6 months of data, and no drill down view.
What is the plan for the beta?
The beta will last for approximately one month. Beta participants will see a feedback button on each dashboard, and will also be asked to fill in a feedback survey.

Call transfer available in Salesforce V4
Users of the Salesforce V4 (Aircall for Sales Engagement) integration will now be able to perform call transfers to other users. The call transfer functionality works almost the same as in the Phone app.
Please note: in this first release, users are unable to transfer to a team.
Aircall will automatically upgrade your V4 package to push the new feature by February 8th.
Improvements
Renaming Business Hours filter
The filter Business Hours on Analytics pages had a misleading name. It is meant to filter the data on specific timeslots, which could be the business hours, but also any other time range.
In order to make it clearer, the field has been renamed to "Hours." To ensure data displays correctly following this change, we advise users select and apply the hours filter again.

SMS segments metrics
We're adding three new SMS metrics to our Overview dashboard: the number of Total, Inbound, and Outbound SMS segments.
What is this metric?
SMS messages are divided into SMS segments, of a maximum of 160 characters. This update enables users to more accurately track and forecast their SMS volumes.
Important to note: These new metrics will begin from the date of the release.

Statistics per IVR option - New attributes in call history and drill down
What's changing?
Aircall is adding two new fields to the Call History page (available to all customers) and the drill-down view in Analytics+: IVR Widget.
This will allow users to monitor and optimise activity per business area (e.g. support, sales) without having to create one dedicated phone number for each. This will also make it easier to create and modify number configuration on Smartflows.
What do I need to know?
These new fields are only available on Smartflows. They will be populated starting from the release date. Call History is available to all companies. The drill down view is available for Analytics+ companies only.
