Mobile sessions in the Aircall Workspace app for iOS and Android are automatically renewed in the background, allowing agents to remain logged in without any manual action.

Note: This applies to accounts with MFA or SSO enabled only. Web sessions, including Aircall Workspace desktop and browser, are not affected.

How it works

Sessions are valid for up to 3 years and are automatically renewed each time the app refreshes the session token. This ensures agents stay continuously logged in without needing to take any action.

In-app notification

Starting 10 days before the session expires, an in-app notification appears prompting you to re-authenticate.

Tip: Re-authenticate when you first see the 10-day notice to avoid missing any calls.

When your session expires

After 3 years, the session expires and you will need to sign back in manually. Once logged back in, your session is automatically renewed for another 3 years.

Troubleshooting

If you are unexpectedly logged out before your session expires, this is most likely due to a network interruption during a background session refresh. Short interruptions of under one minute are handled automatically. Longer interruptions may prevent the session from being recovered, requiring you to sign back in.

Steps:

  1. Open the Aircall Workspace app
  2. Sign back in with your credentials
  3. If the issue persists, check your network connection and try again
