When using the Aircall Workspace app for iOS, you must log out at least once every 90 days. After 90 days of continuous login, your ID token expires and you will be unable to make or receive calls until you sign back in.
In-app notification
Starting 10 days before the ID token expires, an in-app notification will appear prompting you to re-authenticate.
Tip: Re-authenticate when you first see the 10-day notice to prevent any interruption to your calls.
