In Control Panel, click on Sound.
Go to the Playback tab.
Disable the Playback devices you are not using.
Set your headset as the Default Device.

Go to the Advanced page and disable Exclusive Mode.
Switch to the Recording tab.
Disable the Recording devices you are not using.
Set your headset as the Default Device.
Restart the Aircall application.
Set up your headset on Mac
Follow these steps to configure your headset as the input and output device on macOS.

Open your System Settings (or System Preferences, depending on your macOS version).
Select Sound.
In the Output section, select your headset from the sound output list.
In the Input section, select your headset from the sound input list.
