Aircall’s Power Dialer allows you to run outbound calling campaigns using contact lists from Google Sheets. Because the Aircall Browser Extension cannot highlight numbers directly inside Google Sheets, the recommended approaches are to export your sheet as a CSV or copy and paste numbers into the Power Dialer.

Alternatively, you can use Google Sheets’ Publish to the web feature to enable calling directly from a published page using the Aircall Browser Extension. This article explains both the considerations and the steps to follow.

For a general overview of Power Dialer usage, see: How to use Aircall’s Power Dialer.

Important tips and reminders

Important: A single Power Dialer session supports a maximum of 1,000 contacts.

Browser extension considerations

The Aircall Browser Extension works with the published version of the sheet, not the editable Google Sheets interface.

Tip: For detailed information about installing and using the extension, please see our article How to use Aircall’s browser extensions.

Using this method allows you to run Power Dialer campaigns directly from Google Sheets while maintaining flexibility and control over your contact list.
