Making sure that your Aircall Phone is updated to the most recent version is important as newer versions include performance updates.

If you would like to update your Aircall Phone on Windows, please follow the video below for precise instructions:

  • Open the Aircall Phone

  • Click on the Notification Area, on the right side of the Windows Taskbar

  • Right-click on the Aircall Icon in the taskbar to open the menu

  • Select Check for updates

  • Click Download and Install if there is an available update

 

If you would like to update your Aircall Phone on macOS, please follow the video below for precise instructions:

  • Open the Aircall Phone

  • Click on the Phone Application in the menu bar at the top of the screen

  • Select Check for Updates

  • Click Download and Install if there is an available update

 

If you experience any issues with updating your phone on your device, please be sure that you are meeting the minimum requirements:

  • Windows 10 or above and 64-bit version

  • MacOS 10.14+

  • Full admin rights on your device to perform updates

  • Aircall has been added in the approved list to your security program, defender, or firewall program.

If you are unable to find the Check for Updates option on MacOS, please search for Aircall in the App Store to see if an update is available.
