After you add a new user in the Aircall Dashboard, they receive an invitation email containing a confirmation button. The user must click this button to activate their account.

User invitations are valid for 15 days. If an invitation expires or the user cannot find or use the link, you can resend the invitation from the Dashboard.

Important: User invitations are only valid for 15 days. After this period, the original link can no longer be used and a new invitation must be sent.

How to resend a user invitation

  • Go to Aircall Dashboard > Users and Teams > All Users

  • If an invitation has not yet been confirmed, or if a user has reported that the invitation link has expired, you will see the message Pending validation in the user availability column of the user's table.

  • Click the user with Pending validation to open their User page.

  • In the upper right corner of the user page, click Resend invitation.

A new invitation email will be sent to the user, including a fresh confirmation link.

When "Resend invitation" is not available

If you do not see the option to resend an invitation, or a recently added user cannot access their account, it usually means:

  • The user has already confirmed their invitation, and

  • Their account is active, but they may be having trouble signing in.

In this case, the user should reset their password to regain access.

Having trouble receiving emails?

If the user does not receive the new invitation email, they should:

  • Check their spam, junk, or promotions folders

  • Confirm that their email address was entered correctly
