Password reset link redirects to the login page
If clicking the password reset link in your email takes you to the Aircall login page instead of the password reset page, the issue is likely caused by stored data in your browser.
This behavior is usually due to cached data or stored cookies that interfere with the password reset link. Try one of the following solutions:
Option 1: Use a private or incognito window
Steps:
- Copy the password reset link from your email.
- Open a new private or incognito window in your browser.
- Paste the link and open it to access the password reset page.
Option 2: Clear your browser’s cookies and cache
Steps:
- Open your browser settings.
- Clear your browsing data, including cookies and cache.
- Return to your email and click the password reset link again.
Tip: If the issue persists after trying these steps, try using a different browser or device to complete your password reset.
