Important: Confirmation emails will be sent to you during the authentication process.
Aircall sends important emails about app updates, billing, and account activity. You can configure your email notification preferences in Settings at any time. To ensure you receive all necessary information, make sure you use an active and fully functional email address that can receive messages from external domains.
If you are not receiving emails from Aircall, including password reset links, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Check your email spam filters
If you do not see an Aircall email within a few minutes, follow these steps:
- Search your inbox for “aircall.io.”
- Check your Spam, Junk, or other categorized folders such as Social, Updates, Forums, or Promotions.
- Mark any Aircall emails you find as “Not Spam” or move them to your inbox to prevent future filtering.
Note: Some email providers automatically route notification emails to categorized folders like Social or Promotions.
Verify your email domain filters
If you still do not receive the email after 10 minutes, your organization’s email filtering may be blocking Aircall domains.
Steps
- Contact your IT team to verify that the following Aircall domains and addresses are allowed:
- Ask your IT team to ensure that no automatic filtering or SMTP restrictions are preventing delivery from these addresses.
- If your email service is hosted on a local server, confirm with your network provider that there are no connectivity issues.
- Check your email provider’s status page (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) for any ongoing outages or delivery delays.
Important: These domains are used only for outgoing Aircall communications and notifications.
If you are able to receive Aircall emails but cannot accept invitations, see this article: Error when accepting invitation email.
Check your inbox storage
Make sure your email inbox has available storage space. A full inbox can prevent new messages from being delivered.
