Important: Third-party SMS integrations are not compatible with Aircall's native SMS feature. Messages sent from one platform will not appear in the other.
Note: SMS is a domestic service. You can only send messages to numbers in the same country, except between the United States and Canada.
Removing a third-party SMS integration
If you no longer wish to use a third-party SMS provider, contact the provider directly to request removal of SMS enablement for your Aircall number.
Troubleshooting third-party SMS
If you experience issues with third-party SMS configuration or delivery, contact our Customer Support team.
Note: Partners can modify your configuration independently, so Aircall Support may need to coordinate with your SMS provider to resolve issues.
Using other SMS providers through the API
If you prefer to use a provider not listed above, you can connect it using the Aircall public API. This allows you to build your own custom SMS integration. For details, see: About Aircall messaging API.
